Clermont County Family and Children First Council - Planning and coordination of services to multi-need children and families in Clermont County. The Council publishes a Comprehensive Resource Manual and County School Directory.

Child Focus, Inc. Early Leaning Programs - A broad range of early learning services in Clermont County, including Head Start, Early Learning Initiative, and child care for children 6 weeks to kindergarten entry

Clermont County Board of MRDD - Works with eligible individuals who have mental retardation and developmental disabilities

Clermont County Educational Service Center - Early childhood special education services in seven Clermont County school districts
